200Jili Terms and Conditions – We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if your website is unsuitable. This includes sites that advertise explicit material, target minors, promote violence or discrimination, or engage in illegal activities or IP violations. Additionally, 200JILI does not accept applications from UK-based IP addresses.
This agreement details the terms and conditions of affiliate status for the 200JILI affiliate program. “You” or “member” refers to the individual, group, or corporate entity registered as our agent under this agreement, including any employees, members, officers, managers, shareholders, owners, administrators, individuals, and affiliated entities.
200JILI assumes ownership of the customer at the time of the first contract. Additionally, you, as a member, serve as a referral representative for 200JILI. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse a customer or close an account to comply with our requirements.
By opening an account, a person or entity becomes our customer. Accordingly, all customer regulations, policies, and procedures apply.
Moreover, you may receive confidential information about our membership program under this agreement. You agree not to disclose or use this information without prior written consent and only for purposes necessary to this agreement. Therefore, your handling of confidential information will determine whether we end this agreement.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable limited license to use our trademarks solely during the term of this agreement for displaying banners on your website.
We grant you a non-exclusive right to refer customers to our website and services under this agreement’s terms. This agreement does not give you an exclusive right to assist us, and we may seek similar services from others. Additionally, you cannot request referral fees or compensation for work done by others that you did not secure.
Furthermore, you may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license. Your right to use our brand is limited to promotional banners. Additionally, you will not contest the validity or ownership of the trademarks, nor take any action that could harm our rights or the goodwill associated with our brands.
Finally, we reserve the right to revoke this license at any time, and it will be deemed revoked upon termination of this agreement for any reason.
